Principal Finance offers flexible primary financing solutions and engages in secondary market investing across the capital structure. What role will you play? You will play a key role in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with global exposure to investing products and structures. You will collaborate with front office deal teams and broader group functions. Your responsibilities include analyzing portfolio performance, pipeline reporting, transaction returns tracking, and completing quarterly and half-year portfolio and valuation reviews. There will also be opportunities to participate in strategic projects such as reporting technology transformation. What you offer A tertiary qualification with an excellent academic record, preferably in Corporate Finance or Accounting. A postgraduate qualification is an advantage. 7 years of experience in banking, financial services, or professional services in a similar role, with team management experience. A deep understanding of financial, accounting, and valuation concepts, with experience providing business insights in data-driven environments. Advanced Excel and presentation skills.
